 Why are the shipping and handling costs so high?

Though we constantly strive to negotiate better rates, we are using a third party carrier to delivery our products and have limited control over the shipping cost. All shipping costs are calculated according to weight, bulk and destination. Shipping may seem high for certain products and area, but we believe that Canada Post offers the most competitive rates.

 When will I receive my order?

Upon availability of products, we fulfill all orders within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation when your package has been shipped out and an estimated time of delivery. Please review our shipping policy for delivery standards.

 Do you ship to countries outside of Canada?

Yes, we do ship to the United States and all other countries where Canada Post delivers to.

 How much will it cost me in USD, Euro, Yen.?

As your credit card company will convert the price into your local currency at the time of your purchase, we are unable to provide you with an exact number due to daily fluctuation in the exchange rates and the fee your credit card charges for foreign exchange.

 What method of payments do you accept?

Presently we accept payments by credit card (Master Card, Visa, Amex) and Paypal.

 I live close to your warehouse, can I pick it up?

Presently, we do not have the proper licenses to offer this option.

 I saw this item in a catalogue but can't find it on your site, do you take requests?

Please email us your request; it may be a new item that we may not have added to our website yet.
