ROE Logistics is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We want to provide a safe, secure user experience. ROE Logistics does not sell, has never sold, and will never sell personal data to marketers without permission from you.

General Information Disclosure
We do not disclose information about your individual visits to ROE Logistics, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it.

Our privacy policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond our control.


SECURITY POLICY

When you provide ROE Logistics with any personal information -- your name, address, e-mail and credit card number -- it's done on a secure server. One of today's most advanced security systems -- Secure Socket Layers (SSL) -- encrypts all information you provide before sending it to our own server. Only when it reaches our servers is your information decrypted.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

ROE Logistics may also use personal account information and data collected through your personal identification to generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use only. These statistics and aggregate reports will not contain any personally identifiable information. Your identity is kept anonymous.

You do not have to provide personal information to visit our site.

We collect personal information only when you provide it to us - for example, to participate in e-mail update lists, to conduct merchandise transactions, or use other services on this site. You are not required to provide us with this information, but if you choose not to, you may not be able to participate in some of the activities on this site.

Financial information that is collected is used only to process orders for products and services purchased through our web sites and is never shared with third parties for any other reason.

RETURNS POLICY

ROE Logistics wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. All products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Please contact us at e-store@roelogistics.com to receive a return authorization form/label and for instructions on how to return your product.

Please note:

1. Not all items are returnable
2. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
3. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items your are returning.
4. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return-shipping fees will apply.

ROE Logistics, will not resell returned items that have been removed from their original packaging. Therefore any item being returned due to changed mind must be in the original packaging. Again, we will not resell items which have been opened previously. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund amount and we will also deduct a 20% restocking fee.

We will send you an email when we have processed your refund, usually 7-14 days after we receive the item. You will receive your refund (subject to our returns policy).



SALES POLICY

All sales items are limited in quantities and are available until depletion of the stock. In the event that items are unavailable, we reserve the right to annul the order and reimburse you in full the value of the item, shipping and handling.

Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer. Please take shipping time into consideration. All illustrations, photographs, and specifications within this website are based on the latest product information available at the time of publication. While we strive for accuracy, ROE Logistics reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, to prices, descriptions, images and policies. Products listed are registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers.


SHIPPING POLICY
All items purchased from ROE Logistics are delivered by a third party carrier and are subject to the third party's standards and policies. Thus risk of loss and titles for such items are passed onto you.

Shipping to Canada will be calculated automatically according to an exact formula both at this website and from our warehouse. Shipping prices will be calculated according to the actual parcel being shipped (weight, destination, shipping method.) This website calculates your shipping for you when you 'check out' and enter your shipping address.

For Canadian customers, we offer two methods of shipping, Xpresspost and Expedited. For US customers, we offer regular surface mail and Xpresspost USA. International shipments are automatically sent via surface mail. Standards for the services are listed below, by placing an order you are assuming all liabilities associated with the delivery service. Please be advised that only Xpresspost (Canada), Expedited (Canada) and Xpresspost USA (United States) are traceable. Any traceable order not received within a reasonable or guaranteed time frame should be brought to our attention immediately at e-store@roelogistics.com
